Instructions for authors – Please read carefully before preparing your camera ready manuscript
- CAMERA READY PREPARATION
All papers should be formatted and processed according to instructions available in the IEEE Author Kit (see below). Please notice that the number of pages depends on the event (main conference or workshop), as follows
Conference papers – 8 pages
Workshop papers – the number of pages varies from 8 to 4, depending on the workshop, as follows
- eSON and Software Engineering – full papers 8 pages, short papers 4 pages
- Digital Humanities – 8 pages
- Works in progress – 4 pages
- Virtual laboratories – 6 pages
Only 8-page papers are allowed 2 extra pages, at the cost of US$ 150,00 per page, to be paid together with registration fee. Other papers cannot exceed page limit.
It is a requirement that at least one author of each accepted paper attend the conference. The value of the registration fee depends on whether the registree is a student or not, and whether the person registering is a member of IEEE or of SBC (the Brazilian Computer Society), or not.
Presenters must register by AUGUST 5th 2014, noon GMT using the site http://escience.ime.usp.br/registration-ieee-2014

All issues concerning formatting and camera ready preparation will be handled by IEEE, according to the page’s instructions.
